Processing Time

All orders are running a 3-5 business day
processing/production time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping is $12.00 and requires 3-6 business days for delivery after it ships, and usually will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 1-2 day shipping at an additional cost of $25.00. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

Cierra Renae Hair Collection LLC maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Hair goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, no refunds. We offer exchanges; However, they are subject to our discretion.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or band, or processed) in any way.
